Will you be an athlete on a youth sports travel team, or club team, at any point in 2025?
Will you be between 13-18 years old on June 16, 2025?
Are you a student in good standing with a cumulative GPA of 2.0 or higher for the current academic year?
Do you currently reside in the 50 United States?
